EDGE CASES

"Will you take ___?" The weird-but-asked questions.

A running list of questions we actually get. If you have one we haven't answered, give us a call and we'll tell you yes or no.
Yes. Uprights, baby grands, even concert grands. We have the equipment to dismantle and haul (don't try it yourself; pianos break floors and backs). We'll give you a flat price on-site based on the piano and the access.
Yes. Disconnect, drain, and dismantle are all included, and we bring our own tools. The job typically takes 2–4 hours depending on size and access. We'll give you a flat, all-in price when we see it.
Yes. Empty it before we arrive if you can, but if you can't, we'll handle it. Old food adds a little to the job, but we won't refuse it, and we'll factor it into your on-site quote.
Yes. Tube/CRT TVs are heavier than flat-screens and require certified e-waste routing, both included in our flat single-item price.
Yes. Most we can dismantle on-site, swing sets, trampolines, the works. We'll quote a flat price based on size and condition when we arrive.
Depends on weight. Under 300 lbs: yes, normal pricing. 300–600 lbs: yes, we send a third person. Over 600 lbs: we'll come look first and quote on-site.
Yes. We don't judge what you're getting rid of. Heavily-soiled or smoke-saturated furniture goes to landfill (not donation), but it's still our problem to haul, not yours.
Yes, but tell us in advance so the crew can prep. Pre-disclosed bed bug pickups are priced normally; surprise bed bugs found at pickup may add a small fee, so it's always best to just tell us up front.
Yes. Bagged trash is priced by volume like everything else. Send a photo or a rough count and we'll ballpark it, then confirm a flat price on-site.
Yes, and we'll handle it with care. Tell the crew lead at quote what's important to handle gently. We've done a lot of estate cleanouts and we know the difference between trash and "trash that meant something."
Yes. Hoarding situations are something we handle with patience and discretion. We don't shame, we don't rush. Pricing is volume-based; access challenges may add labor time. Tell us in advance so we send the right-sized crew.
Yes. Storage facility pickups are common. Just give us the unit number, gate code, and meet us there. We can have most units cleared in an hour or two.
Yes, and we donate whenever we can. Items in donation-quality condition go to local SD partners (Goodwill, Salvation Army, Father Joe's Villages, Habitat ReStore). You'll get a donation receipt by email within 24 hours.
Yes, in reasonable quantities. Bag it ahead of us if you can. No surcharge.
No. If we suspect items are stolen, we won't haul them.
