COMMON USE CASES
Garage, attic and shed cleanouts
The most common job we do. From "one corner I can't get to" to "I haven't parked in here since 2019." Boxes, old furniture, paint-free storage clutter, the stuff that came with the house.
OFTEN A 1/2 TO FULL TRUCK
Furniture and mattress removal
Sofas, sectionals, bed frames, dressers, that recliner nobody sits in. Mattresses of any size go to California's state recycling program, not the landfill. Up and down stairs is included.
SINGLE ITEM OR BY VOLUME
Appliance and electronics removal
Fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, water heater. We disconnect on-site, wheel it out, and hand refrigerant units to certified techs. TVs and monitors go to certified e-waste handlers, in California they can't legally go in the bin.
SINGLE ITEM OR BY VOLUME
Move-out and move-in cleanouts
Whatever isn't making the trip. Book the day before turnover and we'll clear the furniture, sort donations on-site, and sweep so the place shows clean for the walkthrough.
USUALLY A 1/4 TO 3/4 TRUCK
Estate and downsizing cleanouts
Clearing a parent's house is hard enough without hauling it yourself. We work room by room at your pace, set aside anything you flag, and email the donation receipt the same day.
OFTEN A FULL TRUCK OR MORE
Hot tubs, yard waste and outdoor clutter
Hot tubs drained, disconnected, cut down in your yard and hauled out - yes, through the side gate. Also storm branches, old fencing, sod, patio furniture and the swing set the kids outgrew.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

What homeowners ask us first.

Pricing, scheduling, what we take, what we don't. The short answers, then a longer guide if you want one.
Two ways. Most jobs price by volume - how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, from a small minimum load up to a full truck. One or two items price flat per item. Either way you get one all-in number on-site, free, before anything moves, and labor, hauling, disposal and sweep-up are already in it.
Usually, yes. Same-day is normal for us seven days a week, 9am to 6pm, and if today's trucks are full we'll say so on the call instead of booking you and bumping you. Call (858) 399-1540 for a ballpark before you commit.
No. Plenty of our move-out and estate jobs are absent-customer pickups: you leave the items accessible, we text photos on arrival, you approve the quote by text, and we send photos of the cleared space when we're done.
You can, and sometimes you should - California's mattress recycling program runs a free drop-off at 5161 Convoy Street, weekdays 7am to 3pm. That's a good option if you own a truck and have a weekday morning free. If you don't, or if the mattress is upstairs, or if it's a mattress plus a bed frame plus three other things, that's our job. We recycle through the same program either way.
Inside. Bedroom, attic, second floor, backyard, side yard, storage unit. Nothing needs to be moved to the curb first, that's the whole point of hiring a crew.
A short list: hazardous chemicals, paint, motor oil, propane tanks, gasoline, asbestos, ammunition and medical waste. San Diego County runs free household hazardous waste drop-off for residents, and we'll point you at the right one. Everything else, if two people can lift it, we can haul it.
