- Add an access note (gate code, "use side gate," etc.)
- We text you a photo when we arrive showing the items we found
- We text you the on-site quote. You approve by replying yes or no
AFTER THE JOB
- We text a final receipt + photo of the empty space
- Payment by Apple Pay / Google Pay / credit card via the link in the receipt text
- Routing summary email arrives within 24 hours (same as in-person jobs)
- If we find more or less than expected, we re-quote in writing and re-confirm via text
